Our most complete service. We design your home, then build it with our own project team, so there’s one point of contact and one company accountable for the result.

Our design thinking, without the build. You receive a complete design package ready for your own contractor, with the option to bring us back for site visits along the way.

Is the first consultation really complimentary?
Yes. We’ll meet at your home or our Marine Parade studio, understand your plans and budget, and give you an honest view of what’s possible.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope. As a guide, 6–12 weeks for an HDB or condominium full renovation. You’ll receive a detailed schedule before works begin.
How do you price your projects?
Every quotation is itemised, so you can see exactly where your budget goes.
Are you licensed for HDB renovations?
Yes. We’re an HDB Approved Contractor, BCA registered and bizSAFE Level 3 certified.
What happens after handover?
Our work is covered by a 12-month warranty. If anything needs attention, contact your project manager directly and we’ll arrange it.
